経営企画スペシャリスト/ Corporate Planning Specialist

A multinational online marketplace company is seeking a Corporate Planning Specialist. The successful candidate will lead strategic planning and business execution from concept to financial evaluation, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and manage medium-term management plans and annual budgets
• Support executive decision-making using KPIs and financial data
• Identify key business challenges and drive initiatives to achieve strategic goals
• Translate growth and product strategies into actionable business plans from a PL perspective
• Design and monitor policies based on PL and ROI performance
• Lead planning execution from strategy development to evaluation

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in management accounting practice and related projects in a department similar to the corporate planning department and financial accounting department of an operating company, or a consulting firm
• Experience with KPI-based budget management
• Prior experience making proposals based on quantitative data analysis to management and business divisions
• Proficient in Japanese and English (CEFR- C1)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in fintech and financial services
• Prior experience in participating in projects that span across departments and across the company
