ファイナンスセールス戦略・計画/ Finance Sales Strategy and Planning

A multinational consumer services company is looking for a Finance Sales Strategy and Planning professional. The selected candidate will partner with business leaders to analyse financial data, prepare forecasts, and support strategic planning to drive sales and operating profit.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret financial data to support accurate reporting and decision-making
• Monitor key metrics including income, expenses, operating costs, and CapEx
• Investigate and explain variances against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights
• Prepare financial plans, forecasts, and performance reports to support strategic initiatives
• Deliver financial analysis and recommendations to business leaders for data-driven decisions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and corporate policies
• Support the design and maintenance of financial reporting systems and tools
• Partner with shared service centres and COEs to ensure data integrity and alignment
• Collaborate with Sales, Strategy Planning, Digital Experience, and Customer Service to create budgets, forecasts, and evaluate the effectiveness of spend
• Review distributor bonus incentives, operating expenses, and customer service KPIs to assess impact on sales and profitability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, or related field
• More than 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience interpreting large financial data and presenting insights to global audiences
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting, and GAAP
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, intermediate macro) and financial reporting tools (TM1, Cognos, Access)
• Possess a valid MBA, CPA, CFA, or Project management preferred
• Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1); professional level English
