FP&A シニア＆スタッフ/ FP&A Senior & Staff

An international technology company is seeking an FP&A Senior & Staff. The selected candidate will drive financial planning, analysis, and performance management to enhance business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate business performance and financial plans, including mid-term and annual budgets
• Monitor performance against budgets, analyse variances, and prepare management reports
• Develop and execute business improvement initiatives from a financial perspective
• Prepare forecasts, financial reports, and internal performance documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic and financial alignment
• Support the advancement of FP&A processes and strategic financial initiatives

Requirements:

• Practical experience in management accounting (FP&A)
• Proven experience leading teams or initiatives and driving progress in a leadership capacity
• Experience in cross-functional team leadership across multiple departments
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in financial accounting
• Knowledge of corporate finance (financial management)
• Possess a valid Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2+ or equivalent
