FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A global IT services company is seeking an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will partner with management to drive planning, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Support business and strategic planning, including mid-term plans and business structure analysis
• Manage budget formulation, forecasting, and execution control
• Oversee performance confirmation and reporting to management
• Lead business process reform and operational improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with financial rules and internal controls
• Collaborate with business units and executives to provide financial insights and recommendations

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in financial or management accounting at a business company
• Experience in managing a team of around 5 members
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data aggregation
• Professional level Japanese and English (TOEIC 600+ is a plus)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with business strategy development, project management, and process frameworks
• Expertise in relational databases, BI tools, or their implementation
• Knowledge of core accounting, SCM, or SFA systems
