ビジネスアナリスト/ Business Analyst

A global renewable energy company is seeking a Business Analyst/Asset Manager. The selected candidate will analyse projects, support investments, and deliver financial insights to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models for renewable energy and infrastructure projects
• Conduct due diligence, feasibility studies, and investment analysis
• Evaluate business and operational metrics including forecasts, CAPEX/OPEX, and financing structures
• Prepare investment memos, summaries, and approval documents
• Track market trends, regulations, and policies in the energy sector
• Develop materials for investor presentations, joint ventures, and M&A activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or a relevant domain
• 2-5 years of experience in financial modelling, project finance, or business analysis
• Experience in renewable energy (BESS, solar, wind, battery storage) or infrastructure sectors is a plus
• Prior experience in developers, Advisory Firms, Big 4, or investment funds
• Knowledge of Japanese energy market and regulatory landscape is ideal
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Professional level Japanese and English (Chinese is ideal)
