シニアFP&Aアナリスト/ Senior FP&A Analyst

An international medical device company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst. The selected candidate will lead financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to provide actionable insights that support business growth and profitability. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and profitability through financial analysis and reporting
• Lead budget planning cycles in collaboration with business leaders
• Develop and evaluate business cases to support strategic decisions
• Provide pricing analysis and recommendations to enhance margins
• Partner with Operations to optimise inventory and minimise excess stock
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and validate expenses with departments
• Design and implement systems to improve cost transparency and control
• Generate data-driven insights to support management decisions
• Ensure alignment and consistency with APAC Finance teams
• Serve as a subject matter expert on reporting tools such as Power BI, PAW, TM1, and SAP
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to analyse product performance and market trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or related field
• More than 7 years of experience in finance or analytical roles
• More than 3 years of experience as FP&A or Finance Business Partner in the medical device industry
• Prior Big 4 experience preferred
• Proven experience in analysing businesses with large product portfolios
• SAP experience preferred
• SQL knowledge and experience with Cognos, TM1, or PBI is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel modelling and advanced in Power BI reporting
• Possess a valid CPA qualification is ideal
• Proficient in English and Japanese
