FP&A・ITファイナンスBPマネージャー/ FP&A and IT Finance BP Manager

A global FMCG company is looking for an FP&A and IT Finance Business Partner Manager in Corporate Function Controlling. The selected candidate will lead financial planning and analysis, IT cost oversight, and cross-functional budget support for corporate functions. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual and quarterly budget formulation and monitoring aligned with corporate financial policies
• Manage scenario forecasting, KPI variance analysis, and cost evaluations to support strategic decisions
• Oversee the Rolling Estimate process through data coordination and financial projection delivery
• Develop and implement IT cost control policies and lead optimisation initiatives with IT and business teams
• Act as a finance partner to corporate functions such as HR, Legal, and Procurement to ensure financial compliance and guidance
• Provide financial oversight for IT projects to ensure budget integrity and strategic alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in FP&A and management accounting
• Experience in audit or accounting advisory from consulting firms or Big 4 is accepted
• Prior FMCG and manufacturing industry experience is ideal
• Proficient in change management principles and practices
• Skilled in IT/ERP/SAP preferred
• Native level Japanese; business level English
