財務計画・分析リーダー/ Financial Planning & Analysis Leader

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Leader. The selected candidate will drive business performance through strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse business performance to identify financial issues and improvement opportunities
• Conduct accurate and timely weekly forecasts in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Prepare reports and deliver deep financial analyses to management groups
• Manage P/L, B/S, and scorecard metrics in coordination with relevant departments
• Lead the planning process and ensure alignment with corporate guidelines
• Supervise cash flow, control costs, and develop improvement strategies
• Oversee MROS targets and implement automation initiatives with IT teams
• Lead and mentor team members to enhance capability and efficiency

Requirements:

• Knowledge of manufacturing process
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English
