アナリスト／アソシエイト/ Analyst/Associate

A renowned venture capital firm is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join its Japan ventures team. The selected candidate will support senior staff in sourcing, analysing, and monitoring investments across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analyse market trends, key players, and financial data
• Build and maintain networks with deal sources and industry professionals
• Screen potential investment deals based on established criteria
• Support due diligence, valuation modeling, and scenario analyses
• Prepare investment recommendations and assist with deal documentation
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in an accredited university (Master’s degree is ideal)
• 2-10 years of professional experience (investment banking or consulting experience is ideal)
• Experience in a multicultural setting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
