FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A multinational luxury fashion brand is looking for an FP&A Analyst. The selected candidate will lead the process of annual budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and analytical requirements. This position is a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities:

• Lead budget & forecast cycles for the Fashion Division
• Monitor financial KPIs and balance of assets to support CFO and Global Fashion Division
• Prepare management presentations and present financial data during local and global meetings
• Initiate continuous process improvement initiatives for financial estimations and planning processes
• Provide deep financial analysis and insights to both local management and global finance partners
• Support ERP implementation as part of FP&A team
• Develop monthly business reports and ad hoc reports upon request for CFO and FP&A Director

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5-10 years of working experience as FP&A analyst or manager in multinational companies
• Accounting background or in-depth knowledge of IFRS or USGAAP
• Strong analytical and software skills (BI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Industrial experience in luxury, retail, or FMCG is highly preferred
• Possess a valid CPA qualification is a big plus
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
