財務計画・分析マネージャー/ FP&A and Reporting Manager

A renowned biotechnology company is seeking an FP&A and Reporting Manager. The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Build and manage financial models to support R&D, commercial, and product strategies
• Analyse business performance and deliver insights to guide senior management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, and other departments for resource allocation
• Track and report key financial metrics such as revenue, margin, and expenditures
• Prepare and manage quarterly and annual disclosure reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA is ideal)
• More than 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance (pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred)
• Experience in a publicly listed pharmaceutical or healthcare company is desired
• Prior Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data visualisation is a plus
• Understanding of J-GAAP, IFRS or US GAAP, and financial disclosure requirements for listed companies
• Knowledge of R&D cost tracking, clinical trial budgeting, and product launch financial planning is a plus
• Skilled in financial modelling, budgeting tools, and ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite)
• Possess valid CPA or CMA qualification is a plus
• Proficient in Japanese and English (TOEIC 850+ is advantageous)
