上級FP&Aマネージャー/ Senior FP&A Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an FP&A (Senior) Manager. The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Hematology brand team
• Consolidate and analyse actuals, budgets, and projections to support business decisions
• Partner with brand, sales, and medical teams to monitor business performance and achieve financial targets
• Provide financial insights, recommendations, and scenario analyses to improve results
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align financial assumptions and business plans
• Drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance and accounting
• 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Experience with SAP-analysis for Office and Hyperion
• Knowledge in accounting
• Understanding of Workday and MS teams is a plus
• Skilled in financial analysis, modeling, Budget/Projection cycles, P&L, strategic partnering
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
