ファイナンスアドバイザー/ Finance Advisor

An international law services firm is seeking a Finance Advisor. The selected candidate will oversee accounting, tax, payroll, and financial planning activities, ensuring compliance and driving operational efficiency. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll operations and ensure tax compliance for employees, partners, and assignees
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial closings under IFRS, J-GAAP, and K-GAAP
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for Tokyo and Seoul offices
• Drive efficiency in revenue management, working capital, and net investment monitoring
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Act as a trusted adviser to partners and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support business strategy by setting financial targets and enhancing financial policies
• Promote process improvements and best practices to strengthen financial hygiene

Requirements:

• Business level written and verbal Japanese and English
