FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A multinational fashion design company is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will lead sales and gross margin planning while providing financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales and gross margin planning and forecasting
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting for management and business partners
• Drive growth initiatives through trend analysis and collaboration with business teams
• Perform ROI analysis for SG&A and capital investments
• Utilise financial systems to support monthly close and provide clear reporting to senior management
• Identify and implement process improvements using available tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or accounting is ideal
• More than 5 years of experience in finance-related function (structured multinational company, partnering with commercial functions and headquarters groups)
• Knowledge of accounting and finance
• Understanding of financial systems (PBCS/MicroStrategy/SAP) is a plus
• Business level English and Japanese
