財務アナリスト/ Financial Analyst

A global automotive company is seeking a Financial Analyst – Result Controlling. The selected candidate will analyse key financial indicators, drive reporting efficiency, and support global finance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Consolidate financial data and prepare reports comparing actuals and forecasts
• Manage month-end closing processes and identify areas for improvement
• Leverage automation tools such as Business Intelligence Data Warehouse and Power BI to streamline reporting
• Collaborate with finance teams across local, regional, and global headquarters
• Support governance and ensure compliance with internal financial standards

Requirements:

• Academic background in business administration (accounting/ finance) or economics
• Experience with financial modules of SAP (FI, CO) is ideal
• Prior experience in PowerBI is a plus
• Understanding of financial concepts including KPI-based external reporting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level English; proficient in Japanese
