FP&Aスペシャリスト/ FP&A Specialist

A global financial services company is seeking an FP&A Analyst. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic business decisions. This is a full remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial forecasts, reports, and analyses
• Partner with the team to create strategic corporate plans and programs
• Deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting
• Advise on financial implications of strategies, plans, and regulatory actions
• Conduct variance analysis linking financial results to business drivers
• Lead ad-hoc projects to enhance global FP&A synergies

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above is a plus
• More than 5 years of FP&A experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of accounting principles and operations
• Possess valid CPA qualification is preferred
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
