FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager/Senior FP&A

A global fashion retail company is looking for an FP&A Manager/Senior Financial Planning & Analysis. The selected candidate will support decision-making by delivering key financial reports and managing budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver month-end, monthly forecast, and annual budgeting reporting packages to support management decisions
• Collaborate with business teams to deliver accurate monthly financial forecasts and annual plans
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and provide recommendations to functional teams
• Support Capex management and forecasting for designated business segments
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and business requirements

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in financial or business analysis
• Experience in the retail industry
• Basic accounting knowledge (J-GAAP/US GAAP preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
