FP&A / FP&A

A multinational luxury company is looking for an FP&A professional. The selected candidate will manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit monthly accounting reports, including sales and gross margin analysis
• Analyse and present monthly reporting packages to HQ teams in France, Italy, and APAC
• Ensure proper recording of committed capex in coordination with Store Planning and Accounting teams
• Provide budget owners with monthly spending reports to track expenditures against forecasts
• Review financial reports for managerial accounting compliance in collaboration with the Accounting team
• Oversee budget and forecast submissions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or accounting
• More than 3 years of experience as FP&A (luxury retail industry is preferred)
• More than 2 years of experience as GL accounting staff
• Experience in audit or internal control is preferred
• Knowledge with IFRS, JPGAAP and tax regulations
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level English; professional level Japanese
