A global automation machinery manufacturer is seeking a Country Governance Junior Specialist. The selected candidate will support fiduciary governance, project initiatives, financial planning, and travel and expense management. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Support governance frameworks and compliance initiatives
• Monitor controls and collaborate with relevant teams
• Contribute to internal communications
• Assist in setting up project frameworks and reporting
• Coordinate financial analysis, planning, and forecasting
• Manage administrative tasks related to travel and expenses

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in fiduciary services, Big 4 audit firm, or risk management
• Experience with a leading audit firm (Tier 1 or Tier 2) is a plus
• Knowledge of compliance, internal controls, fiduciary laws and principles, integrity and business ethics
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in SAP ERP systems and SAP HANA
• Proficient in verbal and written English and Japanese
