BPCシニアアナリスト/ BPC Senior Analyst

A renowned consumer goods company is looking for a BPC Senior Analyst. The selected candidate will drive digitalisation in finance, monitor A&P expenses, and support decision-making through data-driven insights. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Digitalise financial data by building databases and creating digital reports for efficient analysis
• Support the development of user-friendly and compliant financial tools
• Lead monthly A&P reporting, collaborating with marketing and commercial teams
• Build A&P forecasts and monitor actual vs. forecast to identify risks and opportunities
• Ensure all A&P processes align with internal control and compliance standards
• Continuously improve financial processes for efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting
• 3-4 years of experience in a finance role within a large US or European multinational company
• Strong business acumen and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficient in SAP; Power BI or data management tools is a plus
• Fluent level English; Japanese is a plus
