ファイナンシャルアナリスト/ Financial Analyst

A global industrial manufacturing company is looking for a Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate financial data. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and reports to support department managers in tracking performance and optimising cost efficiency
• Assist in the annual budgeting process, prepare expense and staffing forecasts, and contribute to monthly closing activities
• Prepare statistical reports, explain variances, and provide accurate financial data for informed decision-making
• Collaborate on special financial projects, providing insights aligned with organisational strategies
• Work closely with department managers and other stakeholders to consolidate financial data for clear reporting and communication
• Drive continuous improvements in financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Prior FP&A or accounting experience in manufacturing
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting, including budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with US GAAP
• Strong collaboration skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
