BPCシニアアナリスト/ BPC Senior Analyst

A multinational luxury brand is looking for a BPC Senior Analyst. The chosen applicant will be in charge of validating and analysing Sales and Margin, providing effective analysis to drive business growth. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse sales discounts and returns, providing alerts to Retail managers to maintain or improve the gross margin
• Review and validate sales return risk and inventory quality, providing the best estimate for provisions
• Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of regular reports
• Lead the planning process in terms of Sales, Gross Margin, Inventory, and Purchase
• Assist with preparing full P&L and presentation materials
• Lead planning and monitoring quarterly stock take
• Assist in setting Internal Control processes within the sphere of responsibility
• Develop a strong relationship with the central finance team and provide necessary information and analysis to the HQ in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, or accounting
• 3-5 years of experience as a financial analyst with multinational companies
• Experience in a complex environment (multiple legal entities or multiple reporting lines) is preferred
• Fluent in written and verbal Japanese and English
