FP&Aアナリスト/ FP&A Analyst

A global construction equipment manufacturer is seeking an FP&A Analyst. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive financial support, collaborating closely with business unit leaders to refine strategies and financial projections.

Responsibilities:

• Provide insightful analysis on sales, costs, marketing promotions, and more to support strategic decision-making
• Lead all financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally on productivity and profitability projects
• Develop KPIs and metrics to monitor business performance
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or equivalent
• Experience with PBI, ERP (Oracle), CRM (Salesforce)
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid related certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA, MBA)
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
