FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A global luxury fashion brand is searching for an FP&A Manager. The chosen applicant will be supporting company-wide strategic initiatives that impact the organisation both domestically and internationally. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly P&L analysis and reporting to senior management
• Prepare and monitor various reports on expenses
• Perform return analysis on various project proposals
• Support the preparation of the annual budget
• Be primary owner of expense accounts and coordinate planning process across departments
• Support the Capital Planning process
• Coordinate and provide rolling forecast throughout the year as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Advanced level MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with Hyperion, Business Objects, and JDE software is preferred
• Prior budget process experience is ideal
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese (JLPT N2+) and English (TOEIC 850+)
