アソシエイト/ Rating Associate

An international business and financial services company is seeking a Ratings Associate for their Financial Institutions Group. The selected candidate will assist senior analysts in credit analysis and industry research. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior analysts with credit analysis, research, and outreach activities
• Monitor credit quality and industry trends by tracking market developments
• Analyze issuer reports and engage with issuers for follow-up discussions
• Interpret and analyze financial data and other credit-related inputs
• Contribute to research strategy, including idea generation and preliminary drafting
• Attend investor briefings and issuer meetings, supporting preparation of discussion materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of accounting with a focus on financial analysis (through coursework, CFA, or equivalent)
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
