FP&Aリード/ FP&A Lead

An international consumer goods company is looking for an FP&A Lead. The selected candidate will support the Japan business team with forecasting, profitability analysis, reporting, and integration efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage monthly/quarterly P&L forecasts and annual plans, providing variance analysis and insights
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to evaluate ROI on trade and marketing activities
• Prepare and review management P&L, analysing brand, SKU, and customer profitability
• Create monthly finance packages and quarterly profitability decks
• Act as the main liaison for SOX compliance, cash flow forecasting, and working capital planning
• Collaborate with global finance teams on local integration efforts and system implementations
• Support legal and tax compliance while handling ad-hoc finance projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, or related field
• More than 9 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial planning and analysis
• Practical experience in FMCG business processes and multinational companies
• Prior experience with Oracle, SAP, and Power BI preferred
• Strong financial modelling, planning, and analytical skills in P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and investment analysis
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English
