A global eCommerce leader is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will partner with senior leaders, evaluate new business ideas, and execute financial planning to support customer-focused improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business teams to optimise financial structures for external fulfilment sites
• Conduct financial planning, ROI analysis, and economic evaluations of new ventures
• Report on financial performance and advise senior leaders
• Build financial models for annual operating plans
• Perform month-end close and variance analysis
• Collaborate to develop cost-efficient strategies for new sites

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and data interpretation
• More than 4 years of experience participating in continuous improvement
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, MS Access, or other financial systems
• Familiarity with manufacturing, distribution, or logistics processes
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Possess a valid MBA, CPA, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Business level written and verbal Japanese and English
