FP&Aアナリスト/ FP&A Analyst

An international SaaS company is looking for an FP&A Analyst. The selected candidate will be in charge of taking ownership of the forecasting process for headcount planning and expense budgeting. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Support and challenge the team during forecast and planning cycles with responsibility for forecast accuracy
• Own the forecasting process for headcount planning and expense budgeting
• Assist with sales revenue and short and long-range business planning initiatives
• Evaluate and develop financial models to help drive strategic business decisions
• Assist in meetings with department leaders to discuss financial performance
• Support accounting teams during month-end closing
• Lead implementation of global financial systems as needed
• Report on actual financial results against targets, provide analysis of variances, assist in guidance on future trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting, or a relevant field
• More than 3 years of experience in FP&A (Tech and SaaS are preferred)
• Experience building complex budgets involving SaaS contracts
• Experience with Adaptive Insights, Netsuite, and Salesforce
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of Revenue Recognition and ERP systems
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Previous Sales or Services Finance experience is preferred
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
