FP&Aアナリスト/マネージャー/ FP&A Analyst/ Manager

A global testing laboratories company is looking for an FP&A Analyst / Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering to improve business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, and variance analysis
• Support the annual budgeting process, including template preparation, user training, and budget review
• Prepare cash flow statements and manage system submissions for Group Treasury
• Act as a finance business partner to local business leaders, identifying opportunities to improve business performance
• Build trusted relationships with sales, marketing, and the management team
• Manage ad-hoc finance projects and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, business, or related discipline
• More than 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, especially in foreign capital companies
• More than 2 years of experience in automation using VBA/Python and BI tool
• Skilled in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, graphs) and MS PPT
• Financial accounting knowledge preferred
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
