FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A global biopharmaceutical company is seeking an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will support business strategies and drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This is a hybrid role.

This company is an innovative world leader in biopharmaceutical research with a strong international presence. It is focused on several areas to develop effective medicines for many major diseases.

Responsibilities:

• Support key business and investment decisions by analysing customer requirements and developing strategic options
• Drive financial performance and communicate business planning submissions to senior management
• Contribute to the enterprise-wide planning cycle for the country
• Ensure financial and management data tools support budgeting and forecasting processes effectively
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting systems
• Lead MTP/RBU/PB submissions in Hyperion Planning, ensuring accuracy in P&L and related sales and expenses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance or accounting
• Experience in accounting or finance business partnering in an interdisciplinary team and liaising with senior managers
• Prior experience in an international pharmaceutical company
• Proven experience in global, regional organisation
• Knowledge of the drug development life cycle or commercial aspects
• Understanding of accounting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong PC skills (Smart View and SAP)
• Possess valid USCAP or JCAP qualification
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese; business level written and verbal English
