ファイナンスマネージャー FP&A/ Finance Manager FP&A

A global leader in entertainment is seeking a Finance Business Partner. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic financial decisions through advanced modelling and actionable business insights.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Operations, and Engineering to gather and analyse information for business decisions
• Develop and maintain forecast and financial models using diverse datasets
• Present and defend forecasts, scenarios, and business insights to senior leadership
• Support executive decisions on revenue, gross margin scenarios, and product lifecycle planning
• Create tools, reports, and presentations to track and highlight business insights
• Manage special finance-related projects and collaborate with pricing teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in quantitative and financial analysis
• Prior product cost experience is preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Strong Excel and modelling skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
