FP&A / FP&A

A global luxury chocolate brand is seeking an FP&A Finance professional. The selected candidate will provide financial analysis, budgeting, and support business. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis on sales, gross margin, and KPIs across sales channels and product categories
• Analyse inventory status, monitor top-line costs, and assess profitability
• Support the annual business planning process and prepare projected financial statements
• Lead budgeting for P&L and communicate with related teams to collect and analyse data
• Track budget progress and update financial forecasts monthly
• Prepare materials for monthly business review meetings, analysing sales, P&Ls, and expenses
• Maintain product profitability through cross-functional collaboration and standard cost setting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in Finance
• Leadership and good people management or experience
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills (MS Office Suite)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Native level Japanese; business level English
