グループFP&Aシニアアナリスト/ Group FP&A Senior Analyst

A global advertising agency is looking for a Group FP&A Senior Analyst. The selected candidate will conduct consolidated financial analysis, report on business performance, and refine management accounting models. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct the group's consolidated financial analysis
• Prepare financial accounting and management figures for the group
• Report business performance to management, identifying challenges and supporting decisions
• Refine and improve the global management accounting model
• Enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes through technology and automation
• Support group companies in addressing management accounting challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience in accounting (audit, financial advisory, etc.), financial institutions, or a finance-related department
• Proven experience in consolidated accounting or FP&A
• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and utilising technology for process improvement
• Possess a valid CPA qualification in Japan or the USA, or equivalent
• Professional level Japanese; strong proficiency in English
