FP&Aアナリスト/ FP&A Analyst

A renowned advertising agency is searching for an FP&A Analyst. The chosen candidate will be in charge of assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate projections and performance tracking. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Support in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor and analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior management in decision-making
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations to communicate financial results and insights to leadership
• Actively contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline the financial reporting and forecasting process
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, accounting, business units) to ensure clear communication and understanding of financial goals and performance

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance-related positions
• 1-3 years of experience in FP&A
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Advanced level MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to navigate and perform financial analysis manually on the HEN platform
• Experience working in a manual financial reporting environment without an ERP system is a plus
• Knowledge of JGAAP is strongly preferred
• Professional level Japanese and English
