ファイナンスリーダー/ Finance Leader

A global health and wellness company is looking for a Finance Leader. The selected candidate will oversee the daily operations of the finance department while collaborating with a team to manage various financial functions. This is a hybrid setup role

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP
• Prepare journal entries for overseas transactions, payroll-related expenses, and conduct remittances
• Review and provide feedback on journal entries prepared by team members
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare annual tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Implement automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance
• More than 4 years of experience in general accounting or finance
• Practical experience with popular accounting software
• Prior work experience in public accounting preferred
• Experience with cost accounting and stock valuation is ideal
• Hands on experience in data integration between accounting and operating systems is preferred
• Experience in implementation of accounting application desired
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations
• Proficient with MS Excel package
• Possess a valid CPA or equivalent local certification
