FP&Aアナリスト/ FP&A Analyst

An international electronics manufacturer is searching for an FP&A Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis while supporting trade functions.

Responsibilities:

• Compile monthly business result reports for Japan, Asia, and Global regions
• Aid in analysing monthly results for Asian territories
• Support the budget and forecast process, focusing on product-specific sales and margin data
• Participate in special projects aimed at enhancing data management systems (ERP, Power BI, and Rapid Response)
• Enter new product master records into the ERP system
• Collaborate with team members to refine business trade processes
• Explore potential job rotations within the FA team

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of business experience at FA department
• More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing, export, or import business is ideal
• 3-5 years of experience communicating in English
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Prior SAP or similar ERP experience is preferred
• Experience in Budget or Forecast process is an advantage
• Knowledge of finance system - Hyperion, OneStream experience is a plus
• Understanding of Power BI is ideal
• Background in export and import is a plus
• Possess a valid Bookkeeping Class 2+ certification is desired
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 700+)
