FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A multinational manufacturing company is seeking an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial planning and analysis while driving change management and enhancing forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly and quarterly closing processes by analysing financial discrepancies
• Identify and address risks and opportunities
• Lead P&L, BS, and cash flow planning with franchise controllers and regional FP&A teams
• Improve forecast accuracy and report risks and opportunities promptly
• Drive FP&A process improvements in consumer business, collaborating with global stakeholders
• Prepare management review decks for effective communication with business leaders
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by business leaders
• Promote compliance culture and shared accountability in health care compliance and SOX

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field is a plus
• 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (forecasting, reporting, and business analysis)
• Excellent IT skills (SAP and report platform)
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
