FP&Aファイナンスマネージャー/ FP&A Finance Manager

A multinational pharmaceutical company is looking for an FP&A Finance Manager. The selected applicant will be providing financial planning and analysis of finance operating expenses. This position is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and track expenses and employee count reporting
• Ensure systems and records provide accurate financial data
• Assess and interpret financial data and oversee P&L statements
• Provide timely financial analysis to support ongoing business outcomes
• Oversee cross-functional projects and programs
• Create and execute business processes in line with key policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, or economics (MBA is a plus)
• More than 8 of progressive controlling, finance, and accounting experience
• Background of key finance systems (Hyperion, Tableau, Anaplan, or SAP)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech company is desired
• Possess a valid CPA or Chartered Accountant qualification is ideal
• Fluent level in Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+)
