An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will assume the Finance Business Partner role for the toothpaste and toothbrushes category. This role is based in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy development with category business team and senior leaders
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis for business plans and product launches
- Manage short- and mid-term planning and forecasting
- Track KPIs and manage budgets
- Ensure oversight of financial results through variance analysis and business commentaries
- Drive category business ownership and responsibility for PL acceleration
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Finance Business Partner (manufacturing company, FMCG, MNC is preferred)
- Experience in the global organisation across a matrix environment
- Prior experience with senior client groups
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Native level spoken and written Japanese; proficient in English is ideal
