An exciting manufacturing organisation is searching for a Business Analyst. The candidate who enters this role will be responsible for supporting strategy development, analysis, financial modelling, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional leadership team to support business strategy development
- Organise the unit’s financial analyst work
- Conduct reporting and analysis including variance analysis
- Develop financial models to support product and technology development
- Find opportunities for profit improvements
- Provide education to non-finance associates regarding financial matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business-related field
- 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role or in a finance or accounting position in a manufacturing setting
- ERP proficiency
- US GAAP proficiency
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent level Japanese and English
