ジュニアペイロールコンサルタント/ Junior Payroll Consultant

A global consulting firm is seeking a Junior Payroll Consultant. The selected candidate will handle payroll administration, statutory benefits, and provide consultation on payroll and tax matters.

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll for several clients
• Manage year-end adjustment procedures
• Administer social and labour insurance benefits
• Provide consultation on payroll, statutory benefits, and tax-related issues
• Handle general administration and other payroll-related tasks

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of payroll and statutory benefits administration experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm
• Prior consulting experience
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Possess a labour law consulting certification (Sharoshi) is preferred
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 800+)
