経理マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

An international medical technology company is searching for an Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will execute monthly and annual closing procedures and furnish pertinent reports to headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver quarterly financial package to headquarters
• Assess and authorise journals prepared by team members
• Conduct Inventory and COGS accounting
• Supervise Balance Sheet Reconciliation to uphold balance accuracy
• Supervise purchase-to-pay cycle for operational payments
• Supervise order-to-cash cycle management
• Track and project cash flows to ensure sufficient funds
• Participate in tax return filing and preparation of statutory documents
• Coordinate preparation of annual accounts and related external audit
• Supervise credit exposure for distribution partners, both existing and new

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in management position of finance in global companies operating in Japan
• In-depth knowledge in finance, accounting, compliance, and tax
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and any ERP systems (SAP, Oracle etc.)
• Prior experience in a start-up and/or med-tech industry is ideal
• Experience in ERP implementation is a plus
• Business level verbal and written English and Japanese
