Responsibilities:

• Formulate and manage business plans
• Develop and oversee budgets
• Manage cash flow operations
• Prepare management accounting materials
• Coordinate with accountants, auditing firms, and underwriters
• Create disclosure materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in business plan formulation and budgeting
• Practical experience in IR work at a listed company
• Prior experience in finance and accounting in the manufacturing industry
• Hands on experience in budget formulation and management accounting
• Experience in dealing with internal control and audit firms
• Understanding of finance and tax accounting
• Possess a valid bookkeeping level 2+ qualification
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
