Finance Director

A Finance Director position is now available at a global machinery manufacturer. The chosen candidate will be overseeing finance, IR, lease management, and authority regulations. This position is based in Osaka.

Responsibilities:

• Handle finance, management accounting, and cash flow management
• Manage recruitment, HR systems, payroll, and absence tracking
• Supervise machine and parts transactions, warehouse management, and SCM
• Provide monthly commentary, performance analysis, and cash flow reporting
• Coordinate MTP, BUD, short and mid-term planning efforts
• Enhance business operations with Division Heads

Requirements:

• Practical experience in Finance, Accounting, local GAAP, and IFRS
• Prior experience in a Managerial position 　
• Experience in cross functional organisation
• Previous SAP (ERP) experience is ideal
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Fluent level verbal Japanese and English
