A top pharmaceutical company is looking to hire a Finance Manager. This position will be responsible for leading their team in value adding analysis, building relationships, and serving as a partner to the business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of analysts, and help them understand the business environment
• Ensure that the team is fully available to stakeholders and customers
• Establish disciplined methods of analysis and measurement in the team
• Manage the team in timely and accurate forecasts and budgets
• Manage relationships with personnel at the overseas business support centre
• Promote an environment that encourages talent development and proactively seeks ways to improve team performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years in a finance role
• 2+ years management experience for a team of 4+ analysts
• Basic accounting skills with a grade 2 Japanese book keeping certification or equipment
• Advanced Excel proficiency with the ability to use pivot tables, vlookup, etc.
• Written and spoken business level English
