会計・税務マネージャー/ Accounting & Tax Manager

An international healthcare company is looking for an Accounting & Tax Manager. The selected candidate will oversee accounting, tax, and internal operations while supporting cross-functional teams and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and payment control
• Record monthly accruals, provisions, and payroll journals
• Review and monitor prepaid expenses and purchase requisitions in SAP
• Calculate employee extra payments and prepare overtime analysis for management
• Monitor fixed assets recording and monthly depreciation
• Prepare AR ageing reports and record bad-debt provisions
• Prepare documents for Corporate Tax and Consumption Tax Returns with external accountants
• Compile Corporate Tax Reports in coordination with global teams
• Provide required data for transparency projects and update company systems
• Supervise promissory notes and support internal/external audits
• Ensure proper internal control environment and participate in special projects
• Mentor and review the performance of team members to enhance capabilities

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience as Accounting Manager
• Experience managing people
• Experience with SAP and budget/forecast management
• Proficient in accounting standards and financial reporting
• Possess a professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
