税務会計スタッフ/ Tax Accountant Staff

A multinational technology company is seeking a Tax Accountant Staff. The selected candidate will support domestic tax compliance, accounting, and governance across group companies.

Responsibilities:

• Support corporate tax compliance for Japan, including the consolidated tax system
• Perform tax accounting during closing, including taxable income and deferred tax calculations
• Prepare individual and consolidated income tax returns
• Manage group consolidated tax processes and strengthen tax governance across subsidiaries
• Respond to tax audits and implement measures following law revisions
• Provide tax advisory support to business divisions and group companies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in domestic taxation at a corporation or professional tax firm
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office 365

Preferred requirements:

• Practical experience at a Big 4 or other major tax accounting firm
• Experience handling financial audits or tax investigations
• Prior experience in a global company
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as SAP or DIVA
• Possess a valid Licensed Tax Accountant (partial qualification accepted) or CPA qualification
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 650+)
