ARスーパーバイザー/ AR Supervisor

A multinational cybersecurity services company is looking for an AR Supervisor. The selected candidate will lead accounts receivable operations, covering credit management, collections, reporting, compliance, and team performance. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the AR team to drive performance and professional growth
• Oversee credit evaluations, risk analysis, and credit limit approvals
• Manage collections activities, overdue accounts, and payment negotiations
• Resolve billing and payment disputes in collaboration with internal teams and customers
• Prepare and analyse AR aging, collections, and credit risk reports
• Maintain accurate AR records, support month-end and year-end closing, and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• More than 4 years of experience in accounts receivable
• More than 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment, accounts receivable management, and collection techniques
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Prior NetSuite ERP experience
