支払管理マネージャー/ Payment Manager

A global healthcare services company is looking for a Payment Manager. The selected candidate will oversee payment operations, ensuring timely processing of provider invoices and maintaining compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to manage provider invoices and ensure timely processing
• Release payments according to schedule and urgent needs
• Oversee vendor registration including bank details
• Investigate and resolve aged accounts payable issues
• Coordinate with Claims and Billing teams to address queries
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and PCI standards while safeguarding information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is preferred)
• More than 5 years of experience in payment operations, treasury, or financial services
• More than years of business office experience in a small to medium size organisation (health or financial sectors is ideal)
• Understanding of payment types, processes and systems (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, RTP, ACH, card networks, Kyriba, Japanese Zengin Format)
• Knowledge of compliance standards and risk management practices
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in multi-cultural and fast paced environment
• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Possess valid Boki 3+ qualification
