AP会計士/ AP Accountant

A multinational pet product importer and distributor is looking for an AP Accountant. The selected candidate will manage accounts payable operations, collaborate with global teams, support tax and closing activities, and enhance AP processes. This is a hybrid setup and haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Handle routine AP tasks, including invoice checking, posting, clearing, and payments
• Collaborate with the India-based team to ensure RPA bots perform as scheduled and resolve issues
• Improve documentation and training materials for AP staff and business users
• Perform periodic closing tasks and balance reconciliations
• Manage contract documents, including affixing company seals and filing
• Support tax-related payments such as withholding taxes

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of accounting and finance experience in accounts payable
• Experience in process documentation, training, and handovers
• Proficient in ERP/PC operations
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in verbal and written English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision
